We pride ourselves on our field staff who are professional, reliable, friendly, caring and have a can do attitude. They are recruited to meet the high standards and expectations of our Castle Home Care ethos and are subject to rigorous vetting and training prior to delivery of any services. We support our staff to maintain their skills and knowledge throughout their career and obtain at least a minimum standard of vocational qualification in Health and Social care.
Our services are managed by fully qualified care managers with many years of care experience both in homecare and residential care settings. This experience has led them to strongly believe in the benefits of care at home and their philosophy that by good quality client focused care we help to maintain independence, whilst at the same time facilitating our clients to live as a full and active life as possible.
We respect and value every member of our Castle Home Care team and firmly believe that by looking after and recognising the excellent hard work and skills of our staff that this motivates and supports them through their career to be the best carer they can be.
Our staff receive regular supervision and are encouraged to attend training, meetings and staff forums to guide and support them.
